Payment methods, shipping methods, delivery costs and delivery times

We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (except on public holidays).

We accept the following payment methods:

Deliveries are possible worldwide. The shipping costs and delivery times for the delivery country you have selected can be found in the table below.

The shipping costs for laboratory tests only cover the sending of the test kit. The return to our laboratory is at your expense.

NOTE : As with all products in the Micronutrient Check and Intolerance Test category, there is no shipping for our Medicross tests. After you have placed your order, you will be sent a registration form that you can print out yourself.

We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if delivery of the goods should fail despite three delivery attempts. Under these circumstances, payments that have already been made will be reimbursed to you immediately after deduction of the costs incurred.

When our products are delivered to non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne exclusively by the customer.
