Are you suffering from headaches, diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps, bloating, constipation, skin diseases, or constant fatigue? These could be symptoms of allergies or intolerances. Reports suggest that the number of people with intolerances is constantly increasing. It is therefore possible that a large proportion of the population could suffer from allergies or intolerances. Issues like allergies and intolerances can often cause physical and mental health problems, thereby denying many people a normal life.

1. ORDER
After your order you will receive the further procedure incl. your submission form by e-mail. Please print out this form and follow the submission form and don’t forget to complete the online form, otherwise unnecessary delays may occur otherwise.. Note: Please use your order number from our order confirmation as identification number.

2. HAIR SAMPLE
Next, please cut off a small amount of your hair: what fits between your thumb and index finger, at least 10-20 hairs. If there is little hair, pubic or body hair will work, too. We test every type of body hair. It doesn’t matter if the hair is treated or not. We can’t use brushed out hair, so please cut it off!

3. SEND
Put the completed form and your hair sample in an envelope. Please send your stamped envelope to the following address:
Medicross Group GmbH
Heuriedweg 20
88131 Lindau (Lake Constance)
GERMANY

4. RESULTS
Your result will be available within 10-14 days after receipt of your sample and documents. The results of the analysis will be either emailed directly to you or sent to your treating physician, nonmedical practitioner, or therapist. The results are presented in a simple, easy-to-understand and innovative way.
