2. HAIR SAMPLE
Next, please cut off a small amount of your hair: what fits between your thumb and index finger, at least 10-20 hairs. If there is little hair, pubic or body hair will work, too. We test every type of body hair. It doesn’t matter if the hair is treated or not. We can’t use brushed out hair, so please cut it off!
Put the completed form and your hair sample in an envelope. Please send your stamped envelope to the following address:
Medicross Group GmbH
88131 Lindau (Lake Constance)
Your result will be available within 10-14 days after receipt of your sample and documents. The results of the analysis will be either emailed directly to you or sent to your treating physician, nonmedical practitioner, or therapist. The results are presented in a simple, easy-to-understand and innovative way.

WHY TESTING MAKES SENSE
A sufficient supply with all nutrients is often challenging. If the body is undersupplied with vitamins, minerals and micronutrients, it will start using its own reserves. Once these reserves are used up, complex metabolic disorders can occur. But taking supplements on a random guess is far from ideal. If you want to provide your body with the right nutrients, you should know exactly what your individual micronutrient status is. The individual micronutrient status should therefore be determined first, so that you can ensure you are taking the right vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients.
A slight nutrient deficiency is often not noticed or only by experiencing general health complaints which are not necessarily associated with a deficiency of important nutrients. General symptoms of a nutrient deficiency can be:
Anxiety, allergies, depression, rheumatic and neurological diseases, intolerances, problems with the protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, libido disorder, weight problems, skin and hair problems, sleep disorders, digestive problems, fatigue, headaches, concentration disorders, decreasing performance, mood swings, amongst many other symptoms.
